Why are you taking multiple payments on the same day?

We don’t initiate multiple sales-based payments on the same day, but there could be a few reasons you see multiple payments posted to your bank account on the same day. 

Bank transfers typically take 1 to 2 business days to appear in your account, so you may see a debit from your bank account today that is matched to a prior day’s sales amount. 

Additionally, every bank works differently. Your bank may process individual payments in a single “batch,” so so multiple payments may post to your bank account on the same day, even though they were initiated on different days. 

To view payment details: 

1. Access your payment dashboard
2. Scroll down to the Recent Activity section
3. Click the chevron icon (^) next to a payment to expand the full details, including:
   1. Payment type (automatic or manual)
   2. Payment date
   3. Payment amount
   4. Sales period date
   5. Sales amount and payment rate
