An adjustment was likely applied to your payment. This can happen if:
- Some sales were added late to the payment calculation for the previous sales period(s), so you paid too little and your next payment was increased to account for the extra sales
- For payments deducted from sales only: There wasn’t enough money left to cover your merchant advance payment after other payments were made, so your payment was increased to make up the shortfall
You can see the adjustment in your payment dashboard by checking the Recent activity section. If you think this was in error, please contact our support team.
